Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in Fearless

Tarte has been known for their amazonian clay blushes for quite sometime. So, when I saw that they were on sale on Hautelook, I jumped on it. I chose the shade Fearless, a bright pink coral. These are perfected pigments for a blush, and they stay on all day! Next, I think I might pick up the one in exposed, a nude pink.

Rimmel London Show Off Lip Lacquer in Celestial

These have been out for a while, but I feel like they are worth talking about. These lip lacquers are more like a liquid lipstick than a gloss, because they are even more pigmented than the NYX Butter Glosses. They have a large variety of colors, but the one that I chose was Celestial. It's is a pinky mauve. That is a good everyday lip color.

NEW!: Revlon Highlighter in Rose Glow

During this time of year, the drugstore is coming out with all new products. As I was looking around at my local CVS, this really caught my eye, because it reminded me of a Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick I have been wanting. I really love multipurpose products like this. I could use any of the shades as eyeshadows. If I want more of a blush, I can use more of the pink shades. Then if I feel like my face is looking a little flat, I'll use more of the champagne colors to get a beautiful highlight. All of the shades are pretty pigmented. It could be a little creamier, but for the price I can't complain.

I Don't Get the Hype: MAC Naked Lunch

Whenever I watch a My Top 10 MAC Eyeshadow video or something like that on Youtube, they always seem to mention the shade, Naked Lunch. Now after I heard all the hype about it, I HAD to go and buy it. But little did I know at the time, This would be one of the most regretted makeup purchase of my life (so far). This color does not show up on my skin whatsoever unless I really dig my finger into it and layer it up, but considering it's a MAC eyeshadow I expected better. I don't know if it's my fair complexion or what, but it just does not work for me!

Cult Favorites: Stila Kitten Eye Shadow

Stila is known for their signature shade Kitten. It's a beautiful champagne color. It is also one of the most creamy and pigmented eye shadows I have ever used! Lucky for you if you love Kitten just as much as I do, Stila makes other products in the same shade. Moral of the story: if you collect makeup at all, you need this in your life!

MAC Favs: Groundwork Paintpot

This is probably one of the most overlooked MAC products of all time! In the container it just looks like a boring warm brown cream eyeshadow, but when you apply it to your eye and blend it into the crease it gives gorgeous dimension to the eye. If I'm in a rush I just put it on with my finger and throw on some liner and I'm out the door. It's really one of those foolproof products.

Mini NYX Haul!

A few days ago, I was poking around on the ULTA website, and a few products caught my eye. It was buy one get one 50% off and I had a coupon so I don't feel that bad. Haha.

ELF Studio Blushes

Whenever I have the chance to drive up to Target, I always stop by and check out the ELF products. From what I have tried it's very good quality for the price, and these studio blushes are no exception. These guys are only $3! These are decently pigmented and have pretty good staying power. They are a little powdery, but I'll deal with that for the price.

Holy Grails: NARS Isolde Eyeshadow Duo

"Holy Grails" is going to be a new ongoing series on my blog where I tell you about my favorites products of all time. My first product that I would probably die without is the NARS eyeshadow duo in Isolde. They are two different shades of copper, but both colors have orange undertones. I have blueish-gray eyes, and these eyeshadows totally bring out the blue in them. These colors are beautifully pigmented and blendable. NARS no doubt have some of my favorite eyeshadows of all time.

FLOWER Beauty Color Play Creme Eyeshadow

Everyone always talks about the Maybelline Color Tattoos, but those aren't the only cheap cream eyeshadows around. These are the FLOWER Beauty Color Play Creme Eyeshadows. These are great! They are extremely pigments, but they can also be sheered out if you only want a little bit of color. These have more of a moose-like texture if you are comparing them to the Color Tattoos, but I totally prefer these. They don't crease for up to 8 hours on me, but if you plan on wearing them long I recommend a primer. The packaging also makes it look like it is a higher end product. I love Drew Barrymore, so when she came out with a makeup line you could say I got a little excited. You can find these for around   $6-7 at your local Walmart.

Basically, I like it Naked!

This is the final installment in my Naked palette series (for now). The Naked Basics is an almost all matte palette. The only one with a sheen is Venus.  Venus along with Naked 2 are my favorite shades in the palette, because Venus adds dimension while Naked 2 is the absolute BEST crease color! Come on, don't be basic! Go out and buy this palette! It's worth it if you're a matte eyeshadow lover.

The Wonderful World of Tightlining!

I've always been an bold eyeliner girl, but on those "no makeup" makeup days I love to tightline my eyes. It gives the illusion of thicker eyelashes and still gives some definition to my lashline. It's tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it it's super easy. My favorite product to do this with is Laura Mercier Tightline Cake Eyeliner in Ebony Black. I use it with an angled brush to push it into my lashline. After a few hours it does transfer to the waterline, but if you can get over that it's perfect!

Maybelline Baby Skin

Alright, we've all heard about the Maybelline Baby Lips, and I do have to say they are worth the hype! They're easy just to throw in your purse and put on in a pinch, but this review isn't about those it's about the new highly hyped about Baby Skin. All I have to say is that is primer is absolute trash. I freaking hate this. It did not reduce the look of pores whatsoever. It felt so heavy on the skin. It felt like I was wearing a mask! Then when I tried to apply my foundation, and it was sliding all over my skin. Not to mention that by the end of the day I looked like a grease ball AND I HAVE SUPER DRY SKIN! The moral of the story is to save the $7 and to not buy this primer!

I like it Naked 3!

Alright, we are now onto my third installment of my Naked series. The Naked 3 is by far my favorites of the palettes. The rose gold and pinky tones really complement my blue eyes. This palette can also add a bit of flirtyness and girlyness to any look. And come on, the packaging is incredible!
